2. Products

Each framed Kiswah piece contains an authentic section of Kiswah cloth

Due to the historic and handmade nature of the Kiswah, each piece is unique. Variations in colour, weave, embroidery, wear, and size are natural characteristics and are not defects.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Payment

Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.

We accept the payment methods shown during checkout.

5. Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched in UK within [5-7] working days unless otherwise stated. For International deliveries please email: info@kiswahcollection.co.uk for price

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Cancellations

As each item is professionally prepared and packaged to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you believe you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@kiswahcollection.co.uk. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a suitable resolution.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

7. Authenticity

We take great care to ensure that all Kiswah pieces described as authentic are genuine.

Any authenticity documentation supplied forms part of the product description.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, photographs, text, logos and branding remain the property of Kiswah Collection and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product purchased.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

12. Respectful Care of the Kiswah

The Kiswah is a sacred textile associated with the Holy Kaaba. Customers are expected to treat purchased pieces with dignity and respect.

The framed pieces are sold as heritage and educational artefacts for private appreciation, collection or display. They should not be altered, dismantled, or used in any disrespectful or inappropriate manner.
